"I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE LAUNDRY ROOM OR ANYTHING ELSE WAS LIKE. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WANTED ME TO PAY A 50 DOLLAR DEPOSIT SHE CLAIMED WE GET BACK. YET, I PAID FOR MY ROOM ONLINE WHERE THERE WAS NO MENTION OF A 50 DOLLAR DEPOSIT. THEN, I OROCEED TO HER TELL ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT SHE HAVE TO REQUEST A MICROWAVE AND REFRIGERATOR IF EITHER ONE IS AVAILABLE. I REQUESTED MY REFUND, AND GOT MY MONEY BACK ONLY FOR TWO NIGHTS WHEN I PAID FOR THREE. THIS HOTEL IS FULL OF 💩 AND THE STAFF IS TOO. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO A HOMELESS PERSON. PLEASE DON'T ASK ME ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!"

I could see through the towels they handed me when I checked in. The tiny shampoo packet was dried up so I used the tiniest piece of soap I've ever seen. There was a $20 cash deposit on the room- for what I don't know- that I got back on check out."
