"This place was phenomenal. From the outside it looks a little scary, especially with the surrounding area but when you walk inside, it is really nice. They don’t offer complementary breakfast. But they do have a restaurant inside the building. We stayed in one of the rooms inside the building. I know there are some that are located outside the building. The one that we stayed in was gorgeous. Everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly. Overall, it was a great experience."

After having a terrible experience at a hotel that was under construction, muggy/dusty and not clean at all, I frantically looked on VRBO to see if I could find something. I found this guesthouse and it ended up being perfect! Booked it and checked in the following day. The hosts are very quick at responding to messages, the house was clean and cozy and in the perfect location we needed. If we ever come back to Jacksonville, this is where we’ll stay! Highly recommend."
