I have no complaints! The staff was amazing and friendly! The rooms were very clean and tidy and the buffet was amazing! Apparently loved the amenities that was in our room. Lived the pool area and even the common area on the back patio with the fire pit and bbq grills. Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town

Clean room, very nice staff. Check-in was delayed as our room and several others were not ready in time. I think they were short on help? The one cleaning room attendant was very crabby and didn’t bother to say hello or anything after we acknowledged her.

Very good hotel !

The room was very confortable and very quiet. Excellent breakfast as well. The only thing I didn't like was the staff at the front desk who was not smiling and welcoming at all😓. But I would still stay there again for sure.

Excellent accommodations, This unit was very spacious, a siting room and small kitchen. Very good location. The problem was front desk agent with "I don't care attitude" and not engaging in any way with guest issues. 1. Arrive very late and no parking. Requested information on where to park the answer was just a look and shoulder move like "I don't care". 2. Checked in went to the room far in the end of the building away from elevators try to get into the room the keys did not open the door. Went down to the reception and finally the key was activated. Couldn't it be done right from the beginning? 3. Got finally into the room. Air conditioning not working. It was a sauna with 83 F degree. Call reception up. "I will send maintenance to fix it. Well he didn't fix it. 4. Had to go down again to the reception to change room. When I arrived the same receptionist had her bag on her shoulder saying she was going to come back she did to say I have to go to the kitchen and talk to the woman there. And what? That receptionist disappear leaving me standing there! So I went to the side to see where this kitchen was when I meet the night receptionist that was excellent in helping me with my new room. This happen after I had already driven 5 hours I was exhausted and had to go through with this mishap from unprofessional person that should not have this job. I was later informed this same person is the super wiser!!!! What an example.

Great hotel! Perfect location!

We stayed at Homewood for one night after a football game. It was perfect. The lady at the front desk was very warm, friendly and welcoming! Our room was great, very comfortable. The location was about 10 mins from St John's Town Center, with an abundance of restaurants and shopping. I will plan to stay again for the hotel comfort and location!
