"Such an unusual property, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The only drawback I found was Internet was weak at times. A wardrobe and a few chairs in the room would be great. Laundry was available nearby, as was a supermarket. The choice of restaurants was endless. Would definitely come back."

"EVERYTHING about this hotel was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We booked last minute - literally. We had an AirBnB hiccup and had to pivot in <20 mins to find another place to sleep for 6 days. My goodness - what good fortune came from misfortune. This is a perfectly located, beautifully curated property with unparalleled hospitality. Staff may have spoiled us for any other hotel... We were greeted warmly upon arrival. Lobby staff read our stress and immediately set to helping us smooth ruffled feathers. My husband's birthday fell during our stay. Staff took note (without prompting) and sent a little cake + candle at breakfast and greeted him all day with a "Happy Birthday!" in the lobby. The included breakfast was amazing. All staff - Lobby, service, and housekeeping were amazing. We received welcome home notes and sweet treats every evening in our room. Our room (last available for the week) was small, but beautifully designed. The bathrooms here are a special treat. Some practical (and minor) observations about our room: • There isn't much storage space for more than 1 large & 1 small suitcase • There isn't much functional storage to unpack clothes. For 1 guest, maybe it's ok. With 2 of us things were tight. • There could be a few more hooks or bars for wet towels and toiletry kits in the (beautiful) bathroom. • The room was dark. The lighting design is stunning - but impractical when trying to find black vs. navy socks. • Walls between rooms and hallway could use a bit of soundproofing."
