"A lovely part of the island to stay in and this time of the year we almost had the place to ourselves. We self catered for most of our meals as few restaurants were open and the kitchen was sufficiently equipped to allow us to cook up a variety of meals. The air conditioning unit was able to provide heat in the cooler evenings and the bed was comfortable. We had a few issues with the hotels.com messaging system before arrival but on arrival all was in place for us and we only saw the cleaner...

"Really lovely and small complex with direct access to the beach. The apartment was spotless. It even had air con in both bedrooms and the lounge! Great to have complimentary reliable WiFi, and access to UK TV channels. Pool was clean and there were plenty of sun loungers, all with comfy cushioning."

"The hotel was in a nice area, well maintained and we had a lovely pool and sea view from the spacious 3 bedroom apartment, 2 bathrooms which was ideal"

"The property is shaded by so many beautiful trees, and a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach, cliff top walks and easy to get in and out of Mahón by bus. The apartment was clean and regularly attended to swap towels and bedding, and the balconies are private from each other, with lots of quiet areas to escape to plus a more lively central area. The kitchens have a fridge, microwave, two hobs, a kettle, pots and pans, cutlery, a sieve. No chopping boards or cafetiere though but can be purchased...

"Just what we wanted from a holiday. I knew the area to be fair. My only pointer - I as that the gym needs updating… is don’t think it gets a lot of use. Lovely stay though! 😊"

"Family trip to the island. The hotel was outdated and needed some updating. You had to pay extra for air conditioning and there wad only 1 washing machine for the whole hotel. The only nice thing was the view and close proximity to the beach."

"Hotel bien situé sur les hauteurs d'Arenal. Accueil moyen : Ne demandez aucun service vous perdez votre temps ! la wifi est payante. Présence de fourmis très désagréable dans l'appartement: congélateur, cuisine, murs... Pas de cafetière après avoir réclamé à l'accueil on me dit qu'il n'en reste plus ! Sur la terrasse trop de vis à vis pas de haies pour préserver l'intimité de chacun. Dans la cuisine, les plaques de cuisson sont dans un état déplorable et ne fonctionne pas très bien. Le four...
