"Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house, located in a very peaceful and private setting with no overlooking neighbours. The infinity pool is beautiful and a real highlight of the property. The house is also just a five-minute walk from a stunning cove, perfect for swimming, snorkelling and seeing plenty of fish. "Great hotel and location. We loved El Castell. Hotel could do with more sun loungers by the pool. There are two massive double sunbeds topped off which nobody could use. Also reception could be quicker to check in, a lot of forms to get a towel, most places give towel cards. Reception also needs to have better knowledge we asked about tapas places and somewhere to watch the England match and they couldn’t really help us"

"The experience my family and I was beyond description. The hotel staff was great since we arrived. The hotel has very nice views, very clean, well located, and it is beautiful. Our room was perfect, with a super nice view to Cala Galdana. My family loved the hotel, views, and all amenities. We are returning next year. Highly recommend"

"Loved everything about this place. So close to the airport, we were in hotel reception within half an hour of getting off the plane! Anna on the front desk was lovely. The whole place was so chilled. Kids (teenagers) loved that they could still get in the pool in the evening/night time. Two pools so one is 'lively' and the other much more chilled, however neither were 'too busy', it felt really comfortable all the time. Food was amazing. It is a bit in the middle of no where with regards of things to do within walking distance but there is a beautiful small beach at the of the road and a bus stop right outside that you can get into Mahon using. Some nice bits of entertainment and games throughout the day to break the laying around the pool up a bit! But honestly if your looking for a short break to purely chill out and let the kids have fun in the pool then this is perfect. Will definitely go back for another 3 nights in the future!"

"I have never loved a hotel more. The staff are constantly trying to make sure you have the best day of your life. The facilities are gorgeous, the room is comfortable and clean, the food is amongst the best on the island and the spa is top notch. I absolutely loved my stay and I will come back! Special thanks to the concierge also who went above and beyond for me! Highly recommend"
