I had a very pleasant experience at the Catalonia Santo Domingo. The service was excellent, and the staff was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, restaurants, and beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea. The gym is especially nice for keeping up with your routine while traveling. Overall, I was impressed by the quality of service, the facilities, and the professionalism of the staff. the property is clean. the staff is friendly. there is no activity at the hotel so if you looking for peace and quiet it’s for you. but for travelers looking for events or activities at the hotel there is none

First time at the Catalonia but what excellence! From the warm welcome at the bell desk, to the efficient check in and the kind front desk agents - it was a royal sense of arrival. I ate at the restaurant and food quality was incredible with large portions and the staff there were so personable and knowledgeable. The room was HUGE with comfortable bedding, well appointed amenities and great wifi. Highly recommend!

The room are comfortable for my stay love the location but they need to update the rooms AC that’s to the staff I was able to moved room but some times it’s an inconvenience, some of the maids did not clean well the room I let the staff know. This was in the second room In the first room I was staying she was amazing I wish I could remember her name to give them kudos over all I will come back to this hotel

Everything is very clean at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms always have a great view. Some rooms do need to have microwaves though. The breakfast is great and its a variety of options. I will definitely be going back.
