Apartments in Santo Domingo Este

"Property is in a poor location. Had malfunctioning roll up shudders that kept opening by themselves leaving the property open. Thick plastic covering the beds making them very uncomfortable. Shudder to access the balcony only rolled up half way making you have to crawl under to use the balcony. Was awakened by the host because of a gas smell that was filling the whole complex. Very un happy for a so called Luxury apartment."

"Plus: Location by the ocean with walking path, secure parking included; clean and nicely decorated; lots of space; hot showers; balcony with ocean view, but it's louder than you think at night; most communication with Host was timely, esp before we arrived; walkable to store/grocery, aquarium, lighthouse. "

"Leak prevented us from checking in on time … we were delayed a day…. The sheets smelled unwashed… they had plenty of towels…. But we had to leave early…. Not very pleasant at all"

"The unit was easily accessible and very clean. There are no elevators so get what you need with on trip. It was within walking distance of a major grocery store and had all of the amenities for at home dining. If you have children, this area is very family friendly. Communication with the owner was easy and my privacy was respected. I would stay here again, and would consider buying a unit or renting long term. "
