★★★★★ 5-Star Stay! I stayed at the InterContinental Santo Domingo a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed my stay. I was on the 19th floor, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the city. Breakfast was included, and that was definitely a highlight for me. I loved the buffet breakfast. There was a great selection, everything was fresh, and it was well worth having it included with the room. What stood out most, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Santo Domingo. An easy 5 stars from me!

The room was comfortable and the hotel was beautiful, as were the views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely pay extra for access to the lounge (comes with breakfast and dinner)— it was well worth it. Great amenities, especially the pool and gym.
