"3rd week here, my room wouldn't get hot water the whole time. Only a trickle of water with no pessure coming out of shower head, only luke-warm.
No fresh towels available for 2 days as they were wet.
Tv in chinese, remote too, fan goes off when light turned off. No fridge, noisy neigbourhood with roosters crowing all night and dogs barking nonstop.
Also sounds from casino, non stop beeping all night and day.
Some staff were nice, and helpful sometimes.

"Couldn't have asked for more. Staff were excellent and made friendships with several.
Room cleaned daily. Beautiful outlook to the bay.
Restaurant meals were divine; we ate here every night for 7 nights.
Great entertainment every night as well which was unexpected.

"We stayed 6 nights in a garden bungalow! It was amazing, the photos on various sites are legit 3 pools, pool bar, lagoon access. Staff are super friendly and helpful
Small tip, due to earthquakes the roads around the property are in poor condition, so when doing day trips better to leave early due to traffic and slow driving "
"I loved the spacious apartment and the private balconies, the aircon and the TV worked well. The chef at casa Mia was good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was no fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea but when I asked for some it was brought to me by a young man who went to some trouble to get it. "
"The breakfast was pretty basic, but basically good enough. There were 4 kayaks, unfortunately 2 were missing storage covers so would likely fill with water. The other 2 did not have these storage areas so we're fine. The water is calm in this area making a paddle most enjoyable.
Being a cyclists I was happy to read they had loaner bikes. I was disappointed to see the biggest of them were bmx type bikes. Better than nothing though so i checked them out to find some were missing parts, had flat tyres or were broken in other ways so none were safe to ride. Unfortunate,but I guess with the state of the roads bikes break.
