A bit too windy to go snorkelling off the beach when we were there and even on less windy days the waves were still quite rough, so bear that in mind. Breakfast and meals in the 2 restaurants were excellent with very good sized portions. Would have been nice if there had been entertainment in the evenings instead of having to go to other resorts in the area.

Last minute stay required due to flight cancellations. Resort was extremely accommodating. Cafe meals were superb and reasonably priced. Housekeeping staff, in particular Margaret, were wonderful. Overall would highly recommend.

Our stay was so lovely at Nasama. The pool was an absolute vibe every day, it was a bit windy which can get a bit much from the ocean but it was a warm breeze welcomed for our Melbourne winter escape. Nothing is too much for the staff to accommodate, snorkelling gear available for use from the reception. The tap water I couldn't adjust to but bottled water was easy to source from the cafe and restaurant on site. Everything can be charged back to your room to deal with at the end, bus drivers available either waiting around for you, or easy to flag down on the road. Love love loved our massage in the beachside hut!

Location was good . Only a short bus ride into town . Very quiet and peaceful . It is self-contained so we brought a lot of snacks over from Australia as it is very expensive over there. Breakfast was very slow . Nearly missed our tour because our order wasn’t placed properly , another 2 times they got the order wrong and then tried to charge me for something I hadn’t even bought when we were checking out . Tours were easy to book online or through the hotel . Just check both prices and see which is cheaper . They all arrived early to pick you up. Some were very funny and informative others not so much.

The rooms were a good size and exceptionally cleaned every day. Shower pressure was great. The whole place was well kept with staff consistently sweeping and raking leaves. Barbeque kept spotless like new. Good selection on menu for breakfast and staff very attentive. The only difficulty we found was attempting to organise tours but this may have been due to windy weather and rolling seas making options limited. Very limited pamphlets offering tours and ideas within the office area. This is one area that could do with some improvement especially for 1st time visitors. Good price and nice pools make this resort worthwhile.

The Nasama Resort has great facilities; large, clean rooms with many amenities; a lovely pool and small private beach; and great restaurants. For the price, it is amazing. But the best part is the staff, who are all very kind and competent. I highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nasama, the staff were always very helpful and had the best advice. Being able to book different tours and transport from reception was brilliant. Saved us from making a few first timer mistakes. The pool was very nice, plenty of loungers and the outdoor furniture was comfy. We really enjoyed the mini reef at the front, even though the weather wasn't the best we could still have a swim about. The hot water was a bit of an issue, especially in the evenings. Perhaps because the solar heating wasn't very effective during the cloudy days, but it was always hot in the mornings. Our roof developed a leak, which is a bit of a concern because we were on the ground floor. There are very frequent local buses going past so it was very easy to head into town, and with the reception booking other transport, getting around was no problem. The on-site restaurants are a very mixed bag, one was excellent and the other was far from it food-wise. There is also a small convenience store across the road which had all the essentials. For a first timer to Vanuatu, Nasama is an easy recommendation because of the helpful staff and for others, the location and amenities make it worth staying.
