The staff are rude not very accomadating they dont answer the phone waited 20+mins for the lift at times you have to vaccumm the entire apartment take the rubbish out and strip the beds before departure the wifi doesnt work at all the room had a wet carpet oddor The doors are rediculously heavy so hard to get luggage in to room
