It showcases old-world architecture with pitched ceilings, exposed brick walls and timber beams, which are complemented by modern conveniences including central heating and cooling, a lofted office, integrated sound system, two bathrooms and parking. Stay active in the building's gym and pool or head out and explore the CBD—a 15-minute saunter across the Yarra.
Step into this lofted apartment situated on the banks of the Yarra in the heritage Bond Store. The rustic yet modern aesthetic is complemented by technological conveniences such as heated floors, remote-controlled blinds and a centralised sound system.

The open-plan living area invites relaxation on plush sofas, equipped with a large wall-mounted TV for your evening entertainment while split-type air-conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round. Cook meals in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, featuring a breakfast bar, wine chiller, coffee pod machine, and blender. Enjoy breakfast at the timber table before heading upstairs to start your work day in the dedicated office. Skylights drench the space in natural light while a second TV allows you to switch on your favourite shows in between meetings.

Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, blackout blinds, and ample wardrobe space. The primary bedroom boasts a stunning ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath and LED lights to set the mood. So close to anything that you want.

Great and comprehensive communication in relation to accessing the apartment and how everything worked. A very well appointed property so close to all the hustle and bustle of the Southbank precinct.
