Great Stay

We stay here whenever we are in Melbourne. The apartments are very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is so convenient. A short walk to the CBD or jump on a 96 tram to St. Kilda or a 86 tram to Docklands.

A quiet apartment with a balcony was just what we needed and enjoyed. I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer and full cooking facilities. I like the quaintness of the building and lovely to have gardens to walk in. Cafes very close by. We will stay again.

The unit had a very good room layout and the kitchen was a decent size for my needs. The area (North of the CBD) suited me well for meeting up with my family and Fitzroy has a great range of restaurants-especially along Lygon street. It’s an artistic/shabby chic area with several galleries. Would book this place again and recommend it to others.

The Gardens are lovely and if you had a car there is good parking. Its close to everything via tram. The bed and the linen very were good to sleep in. The down side was the rooms were tired. The sofas were very average and the curtains were stained and torn. There is no air vent in the bathroom so it can get a bit stinky.

The apartment was large & contained the usual but felt a bit soulless & tired. The grey net curtains blocked the light & a pretty view over the gardens & pool. The heat pump needs cleaning, as do the windows. The rest of the apartment (bedroom, kitchen & bathroom were clean). The location was quiet & in easy walking distance of many shops & restaurants although I'm not sure I'd want to wander on my own after dark. Parking is available for $20/night. The apartment was on the second floor with no lift. The reception staff were lovely & incredibly helpful. Not sure I'd return as there's so much choice elsewhere.

Great size apartment, nice and quiet, great positioning, easy to park, really friendly and helpful staff. If I need to stay in that area of Melbourne again, I'll stay here again.
