Great apartment and such a great location. Waking out onto Degraves St was excellent. My only negative is that we were staying on the 1st floor and could hear the noise of degraves below; eg the packing up and setting up of the restaurants/ passers by / trucks

Location is very good with easy access to numerous places to eat and very close to trams and trains. Hotel feels old, but renovated. Street noise was a problem due to lack of acoustic insulation, collection of rubbish skips at all hours, yelling from the street at all hours, street cleaning and other sounds (not the general background buzz of a restaurant area). The microwave in the kitchenette was installed on a shelf above head height; this surely would not meet standards and was certainly neither practical nor safe to use. Staff were friendly and helpful. Aircon worked well, there was plenty of water pressure in kitchenette and bathroom, but shower temperature was difficult to adjust due to stiff tap.

Everything was good except for the cleaning service ..how many time we requested to make a one time full cleaning instead of one light and one full, they just throw the bin and don’t clean or change the bedsheets, they didn’t even clean the toilet and the kitchen as we requested!!! Location are perfect !

Amazing location super walkable everywhere. Staff were really nice. Rooms could do with a deep clean especially the bathrooms. Bedding was tired with rips in sheets and our room never got serviced the 5 nights we were there had to duck out and grab towels from house keeping on other rooms. Overall was pretty cheap so reasonable for what you pay.

Room was great, spacious, good cooling and heating, pretty quiet given the location, other than a constant buzzing noise in the main bedroom. The carpark is extremely hard to get your car out into the alleyway even if a small car, but overall was great and will be back. Excellent location and hotel experience.
