We had a great stay here. It is in a great location with easy access to everything downtown. Check in was very easy with a perfect parking option. The apartment was clean and maintained. It is not very spacious and is a bit small, but it served us perfectly for a one night stay in Melbourne downtown.

Clean tidy and well stocked with all the essentials. The location was perfect for getting around the cit, tram and train stops located right out the front. Excellent communication and access to parking.

Really good value for money. A well located property. Very secure building access. Excellent light bright decor, with fabulous city views. Good communication, with easy checkin process. Highly recommend if you looking for a city self catering apartment.

The check in process was weird the room was substandard and not like the pictures at all. Bedroom with double bed was so tight and had no space to walk around. Would never recommend to anyone.

Single split air con only with broken vent cover so no real air circulated. Dishes still in the dishwasher and a left over shoe under the bed. Great position though - ok for sleeping but not for spending a lot of time in

-No smoke alarm in bedroom - illegal -Shower screen would only open towards shower - illegal -sticky tape holding a/c open -dishwasher still loaded with last persons dishes. - floor was filthy- baby was black after crawling on floor for only a few minutes. - common area for lift smelt like mould and rubbish Wouldn’t rate this place at all

The Building Manager was friendly and helpful. Location is great. The downsides are: 1: the sink was draining extremely slow we had to brush our teeth over kitchen's sink. 2: the shower was draining properly the first day and was totally blocked the 2nd day. The water was everywhere in the bathroom outside the show place. The manager was luckily acted in a timely manner to fix both issues. 3: strong smell in the room 4: only Chanel 7 is available for the TV. all other Chanels were freezed. 5: the rubbish collecting tunnel was not working on the floor we stayed. We had to leave the rubbish in the room and took them with us when we go out and dump them in the rubbish bin from the street.

View were good, location was good. When booking a room for 3 people, there should be bathroom supplies left for 3, if more than a day provide sufficient towels etc. Our room hand 4 towels but then only 2 small hand towels and not face washers. We had also been left 2 x shampoos 1 conditioner, 2 soaps. 3 of each should be left. TV in room, but no TV Controller. In the kitchen did not have 3 of everything and the rubbish bin fitted in the cupboard under the sink was too big. The cupboard was unable to be closed and stuck out several inches (unsafe). Loud noises directly above us, sounded like furniture being moved around (occurred late at night)

The room was clean and well resourced (heating, TV, washing machine, oven, hob). The room had opening windows which was welcome (as so many properties of similar ilk don't have opening windows now). The interaction with staff was good. The bed was lovely and comfortable and most welcome. The room itself was quite small and sparsely furnished but tastefully done. It was not a practical set up however in a number of respects. There were no instructions to virtually anything within the room and it took quite some time to work out how to use the oven's various settings (I had to Google it), how to open the cupboards (required to press open rather than pull open), how to use to bathroom taps (see below) and to locate the utensils to assist with cooking. The utensils were ultimately found in an upper cupboard and which when pulled out resulted in a knife falling out of a receptacle (and which could be a potential risk). Similarly both the toaster and kettle were in upper cupboards - the toaster being unreachable even when I stood on a chair. The washing machine was a welcome addition but the clothes drying rack was super small and not able to hold many clothing items. The shower was difficult to fathom as the tap function seemed to be the exact opposite to what was displayed on the tap i,e, hot to one side and cold to the other. It was an overall enjoyable stay but a more practical approach is needed in relation to the property's resources.
