The hotel very convenient parking only 20 dollars per night. Ting at reception was so helpful and terrific she allowed me to have a late check out at 1pmfor free. Awesome thanks heaps Ting!!

I had a comfortable 3-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were very friendly, especially Jennifer. It’s so close to Southern Cross that I could go everywhere easily. Would definitely stay here again!

YEHS was in a great little spot, close to Southern Cross and easy walking distance to a lot of shops/restaurants. Ting was wonderful, and helped us get settled and ensured our stay was lovely.

The staff here are lovely but the hotel is not good. The rooms are in much worse condition than the photos and maintenance is poor. The toilet in our room leaked and we were compensated for it, but it definitely shows that the hotel is not well maintained. There were also stains that looked like blood on the sheets and the bed was propped up by books.

Great location

Basic comfortable hotel. Great convenient location to everything I needed. I was only in city 2 nights for concert at Marvel. Only problem was lift not working and had to carry heavy bag up/ down 3 flights. Staff wonderful.

We found this property very convenient to stay if you want to be close to stadiums and train stations and just wanting a one night stay! Very noisy, and lots of construction going on around the place. Good value and the added bonus of the trams very close, great shopping very close by.

The location was fantastic - very convenient to the SkyBus terminal for transport to the airport as well as close to the Trams and Trains. Appreciated having elevators, clean rooms, a small fridge and coffee/tea making. Property is a bit old/dated, but the pluses certainly outweighed this for us.
