Wasn’t told that check in hours had changed due to Melbourne cup. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the shower wasn’t working without me having to hold in a button for the water to come out and the water wasn’t very warm at all. This wasn’t ideal when I had to have surgery then next day and needed to have a good shower.

It was close to all the CBD spots to visit, easily walkable or with public transport easily accessible. Woolworth's and Aldi's were in the neighborhood. Flinders Street Station was close enough. Accommodation was quite comfortable. Utensils and dishware provided were very convenient to use along with the fridge, microwave and toaster. The only issue was the smell of cigarette smoke in the mornings outside our room, not sure where it wafted up from, but was quite strong. No other complaints and would love to stay if I come back to visit again.

I am a returning visitor to this property. It is in an excellent location - very close to everything (restaurants, entertainment, cinemas, shopping, parks) but not noisy. I have stayed here three times, in different areas of the property, and haven't been disturbed at all by external noise. The staff are polite and helpful. The rooms I have stayed in have been spacious, clean and well resourced. Happy to return again. Thank you.
