Property entry was not well signed and we missed the turn off. Front desk was unattended when we arrived at about 3pm so we had to wait outside in the cold. Room was not very clean. Bathroom exhaust fan was dirty and noisy. On site restaurant and bar; bar had two foreign beers on tap but the taps weren’t working so we purchased two beers from the fridge, they were not cold, needless to say we didn’t purchase any more and left the bar. Security bond has not yet been returned two days after checking out.

The only good thing about the property was the location to the venue we were attending. The hotel rooms are old and smell of mildew, there were sections of the skirting which were water damaged and moldy. Would not recommend.

Would not recommend. Smelt as soon as we walked in, wet dog smell. Carpet all pulled and piled. Graffiti and holes in wall poorly covered up.

The apartment smelled funny, it looked like there was poo smeared on the toilet wall, there was no toilet door, no towels set out for the children in the second room. The doorframe to the bathroom looks like it was broken but then painted over, the kettle was brown and gross inside. I also wasn't aware there was a $100 security deposit needed when booking in.
