Room ok, staff good. Free ice and happy to supply the extra toiletries etc. TV channels were crap, probably just Aussie tv. View from wasn’t the same as room ordered. Shower head average.

This hotel is located in an excellent location, you have access to a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, and the Sidney Opera is within the walking distance. We stayed there for a week and I strongly recommend this hotel.

Big, clean and well-furnished room with a beautiful view of the city, with the sea in the background. Only 5-10 minutes or so by cab from the CBD, and 15 mins to Flinders Station by tram - the stop is less than a minute's walk away. It was very handy to have a kitchenette in the room. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, reasonably priced with friendly staff. I stayed in three hotels in Melbourne, and this one was my favourite, even though it's not directly in the CBD.
