"I recently stayed at Rixos Downtown Antalya, and while the hotel is not brand new, the overall experience was outstanding thanks to its excellent service, delicious food, and dedicated staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and consistently looked after. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Anna and Cemal from the Guest Relations desk – they were truly exceptional. Their support and attention throughout our stay made a big difference. They were always available, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us. The food quality across all restaurants was impressive – a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes with something for everyone. The service in the dining areas was also top-notch, with prompt and courteous staff. The beach experience was a highlight. The hotel’s private beach club is very well maintained – clean, spacious, and with crystal-clear waters. The beach club offers food and drink service, which added an extra layer of comfort and convenience while enjoying the sea. Overall, Rixos Downtown Antalya delivers a high standard of hospitality and comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya who values great service, excellent cuisine, and a beautiful beach atmosphere. "

"It was a great experience! great environments lots to do lots to eat!! full access to land of levends theme parks and everything in the area, beach access is from 1-4:30pm at Rixo Premium Belek which is another resort by shuttle and access to it's amenities which was great! We had great time overall. Only thing I wish they did was to explain the resort layouts with map, things to do and things that are included and not included upon check in. the place is big and it's very easy to get confused about what you have access to and also part of your all inclusive package. Overall we are pretty happy about our experience and will be returning next time. "

"The hotel is situated next to the old town and is about a 20-minute walk from the beach, which is not a public beach. To reach the nearest open beach, you will need to take a bus and then walk for about 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I found the edge of the bathtub to be unsafe it has a sharp metal edge that has caused my leg to hurt every time I've used the toilet."
