"We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya and were very satisfied with the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist us. Service was consistently attentive, whether at reception, restaurants, or by the pool. The hotel is spotless, and housekeeping kept our room fresh and comfortable every day. The facilities are excellent for both adults and children — multiple pools, easy access to the beach, and the added bonus of a free shuttle to Land of Legends. Our little one especially enjoyed the kids’ club and play areas. The variety of food and drinks was impressive, with plenty of options to suit different tastes, and the evening entertainment added a nice touch to our stay. The location is also ideal, close to Konyaaltı Beach and just a short ride to Antalya’s Old Town. We highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and fun. "Fabulous reception, fabulous guest desk service, they have team it's special for the guest requests upon you chick in the team already create a group on WhatsApp and any updates any attraction any system change any request will be on this WhatsApp so if you need anything you just send a message and it's like a magic it's happening, about the food you have the main restaurant and it's a huge one and they have a lot of restaurants with many cuisines and they have wonderful seafood I absolutely recommend this restaurant for the children sports and the children swimming and the children water parks they have a lot of things I think you need 100 days to finish the hotel Thanks to all workers"

"This hotel is nothing short of amazing. The building is beautiful, with great architecture. But the staff make the experience exceptional. Most employees of the hotel will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, accommodated and assist you. Those who deserve a special highlight are Ozkan (hope I spelt that correctly) the Duty Manager, Ata, Efe, Taha, Canpolit and a gentleman who worked in the mornings and always wore black attire. I didn't catch his name, he made sure my coffee was perfect every morning. Other details, the beach is 5mins away, the spa facilities are lovely, breakfast and dinner were excellent. I could go on. The malls are a drive away though, if you want to shop properly. But taxis are reasonably priced. Although there were a few niggly issues that arose here and there, nothing to spoil the overall beauty of the holiday. Top marks are definitely deserved. Highly recommended. Thank you all again."
