Its location allows easy access to many activities from shopping to recreation. The staff is very kind and helpful. It has a beautiful terrace restaurant with a gorgeous view of the Mediterranean sea and rich breakfast and dining offerings.

Upon check-in the staff informed me the checkout is 12pm, when I requested a later check out the best he could do was offer me till 1:30pm even though I needed more time, usually other VIP access hotels grant me till 4pm. Moreover they did not upgrade my room even though the hotel was not at full capacity since I arrived at 1am and the parking lot was more than half empty.

Had one of the worst experience of our travel... we had a partial glass shower door fell on top of us and the hotel check out service didn't have the curtsey to ask me how i was... Toiletries not filled in completely empty.. in all honesty i would never think about using any of the Divan Hotel chain again..

Yine tercih ederim rahat bir konaklama geçirdim

Biz giriş yaptıgımız esnada arabayı teslim alacak bir vale ve odaya valizleri çıkartmak icin yardımcı olacak bir personel maalesef yoktu. Kahvaltısından, resepsiyon ve restoran personellerinden, spa havuz imkanından ve yine buralardaki personelden çok memnun kaldık.
