Great location for an easy walk into the old town area and with a lot of places to eat close by. Added to the fact there was loads of free parking

This property stole my medication when i was staying with them. The housekeeping threw my VITAL medication in the bin! This caused me to have severe anxiety, not being able to sleep not being able to eat. The hotel manager did not care he said “I don’t know what you want me to do”!!!! They don’t care about your health and they refused to give me a refund well I will be seeking legal action because you cannot get away with stealing peoples medication when I have risks of seizures it is just disgsuting ! Stay far away from this hotel!!!

What you pay what you get :)

Poor conditions. Needs renovation especially in the bathrooms. It was a comfy bed. Nice water pressure but there are so much molds around the bathroom floor. Front desk staff ( gentleman) was annoying, rude and obnoxious. I made sure that he knows this and told him that. He replied that it is my opinion:)) which was funny. What you pay is what you get I guess. Rooms are tiny for Adana.

Otopark Kaosu

Otel işleyişi, temizlik vb ile alakalı herhangi bir sorun yok. Bu otelde geçmişte de konaklamıştık ancak son ziyaretimizde akşam 21, 23, 00 ve 00:30 saatlerinde otele geldiğimizde otopark için yer bulamadık. Kapalıya girmek zaten size piyango çıkması gibi birşey, o şerefe nail olamadık. Bölgenin esnafı da otel misafirleri için ayrılan açık otoparka araç koyuyor. 2.ci gece odaya çıktıktan sonra pencereden baktığımda birinin fenerle aracımızın içine baktığını fark ettik ve hemen aşağı indik. Tabii ki sokakta görseniz yolunuzu değiştireceğiniz tipler bunlar. 4.cü gece ise yine benzer bir vatandaş para ve sigara isteyip yok dediğimizde kaputa asılıp önümüzü kesti. Resepsiyona durumu ilettik ancak herhangi bir şey yapamayacaklarını ilettiler. Buraya arabayla gelecekler otopark’ı yok gibi düşünebilirler.
