Very friendly staff, and very helpful when asked where to eat within walking distance.
They take $10 off my hotel bill when giving them my bill.from the restaurant .

The hotel was nice. Little small, it you had everything needed. The both treadmills were out of date but hard moving settings. But I would come back this hotel for my next visit

The hot tub was broken. The attendant who checked us in tried to charge me for a room that was prepaid. Wouldn’t recommend.

We do inquire as to departure time to ensure we are not disturbing our guests but are able to get into the rooms to ensure smooth check in for the next stay. We further seek feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve, which is our top priority, the tip option is available for those that wish to utilize it but is not the main purpose of the system.
