"Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast. We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful. "Friendly staff, nice hot cooked breakfast, each item of breakfast food chosen from a menu, coffee very luke warm unfortunately, hotel clean, one small incident while we stayed but receptionist sorted it out straight away with understanding and courteous. The porter could have been a little more courteous and a little less grumpy but this didn't apply to the rest of the staff, they were kind and helpful."
