"Great hotel in the centre of Plymouth shopping area walked to Plymouth Hoe for a concert 12/15mins but lovely walk. The Staff where amazing check in bar staff Restaurant all so good made you feel very welcome I even told the manager how good it was. Parked in drakes circus car park for 11 hours £15 car was really safe there as some car parks are really tiny if you have a 4x4 you would not get into some places. Certainly stay at this hotel again very happy "

Our dog had been provided with everything he needed and could be included in everything except the spa. The food was excellent and so was the service. The gardens are amazing and you can walk down to the river Tamar from the hotel. Breakfasts amazing, dinner good. Small niggle; pillows are all the same. I like a softer version fwiw. Hope to come back again; really a stunning spot."

"I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) "
