"I did not have a good experience. My air conditioner was broke and it came on continually even though I put it on heat or turned it off I was freezing. I told the front desk they said they’ve sent maintenance. They never did. I had to get three blankets and socks, and my toilet made loud whining noises. All my it was not a good experience at all. "

"I have stayed here a couple times now and the cleanliness and comfort are all that I could ask for, however, the breakfast was much less impressive this trip. The breakfast offerings of pancakes and french toast alongside the omelet bar and other usual items were tasty enough, but both the french toast and pancakes were very overcooked and tough, and it would have been nice to see some different options some mornings instead of the same. But, aside from that, the stay was excellent and I will likely be returning, although I may skip the breakfast next time."
"Location is across from the metro, clean room and bathroom, smells good, TV is small but that’s okay, it’s hard finding a pet hotel that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. My chihuahua is well trained and loves traveling with us. Great price. "
