Excellent location and wonderful front desk staff, especially the evening gentleman who was super friendly and helpful. Our room was great, the one bedroom suite was big and having the kitchen was very nice and spacious.

Well-appointed, Family-friendly Hotel

I've stayed here multiple times now with family. My teens love coming to this hotel! Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Front desk staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is clean & pleasant, with friendly, attentive serving staff and a decent variety of items on offer. Great location within easy walking distance to the Metro, restaurants & grocery store. Plenty of parking in the garage - not so with other comparable hotels in the area. Already looking forward to my next visit!

The room was clean, staff was extremely friendly. They had two different times to come to our rooms to drop off items that we needed. The front desk was super helpful. Only issue we didn't have housekeeping, clean the room, our choice, we did run out of toilet paper and it took a while to get a new role because housekeeping is not on site overnight. They just need to keep some in the office. Other than that all good.

July 4th vacation

We visited Washington DC on July 4th and stayed at residence inn. The hotel is well located, great places to eat in walking distance, very clean and spacious. We had a family suite with 2 queen beds. The room clean, sizeable. Breakfast was good limited variety though. Kids enjoyed swimming pool The staff was friendly. Certainly will return.

The breakfast was excellent. Rooms and common areas were very clean. The quality of the beds and furniture was very good. I would definitely stay again. Parking on site was $30/night. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The pool area was very well kept. Great experience o stall. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
