"The hotel was basically quiet and comfortable with a courteous and helpful staff. While I did not request it, I was assigned a fully accessible room. Hopefully no one else needed that room that evening. Due to the lack of lip/pan in the shower (appropriate for an accessible room) the water pooled all over the bathroom floor even though I tried to be careful. Although a false alarm, which was quickly handled by the staff, I could have done without the 6:30 a.m. fire alarm!"
