"The property was great!! The property was new, extremely clean, and was close to everything in town and both Gondola's. Despite the property being really close to town, it was not overly noisy. The property is directly across from a ski rental where we rented and the Ski storage at the property was absolutely awesome with boot drying and warming cupboards. Would definitely stay again"

"We stayed here for a week in September, the only concern is had beforehand was it's closeness to the train station, but this was not a problem at all and it was nice to see the little red train go by. Lovely apartment, spacious, nice views. "Excellent hotel, we all slept brilliantly, perhaps due to the quality of beds and curtains. It felt very Austrian, with quirky features everywhere. We especially loved the ‘popcorn room’. The service room with laundry facilities and vending machines was a nice touch. Our only regret was not having breakfast there. It looked fantastic."

"Nice hotel in a good position for transport. The hotel gave us tickets to get into Innsbruck for free which was great. Supermarket downstairs which was really convenient. Comfy beds. Helpful staff. The only thing I would say is it was lacking tea and coffee making facilities. Otherwise great for the price."

"Our stay here was so beautiful! We had a view of the mountains that we could look, which made our stay there even better. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, it had great lighting, and no complaints about the bathroom. The only thing is that for those who are used to air conditioning, as most places in Europe, it was not strong in our room, but we were not miserable at all!"

"Nice hotel in a great location with very helpful staff and an absolutely amazing breakfast. On the downside, the room felt very small (we were using the sofa bed, which meant the door to the small balcony couldn’t be opened). The pool is nice; small and shallow, so good for splashing around in rather than actually swimming."

"The room was generally clean but needed hoovering in the corners. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast area was superb and staff were professional and caring. The roof to was stunning. The aircon was noisy. Overall a lovely hotel and I will easily return to."

"Stayed in a family room, it was lovely and clean and spacious. Hotel is well located, we could walk to the old town in less than 5 minutes. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was a lovely buffet. We were given a Welcome Card as we stayed for 4 nights and all transport was free so this was a bonus."
