"The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...

"Fantastisches Frühstück, nettes Personal. Für die, die Annex buchen: Speisesaal und der Wehr schöne Wellnessbereich sind problemlos über einen Durchgang im Haus erreichbar. Allerdings ist der Weg zum Wellness unzureichend ausgeschrieben, man irrt durch die Gänge. Das Zimmer war zwar veraltet eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Das einzige was gestört hat, dass das Bett bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt hat und der kalte Rauch aus dem Mitarbeiterzimmer nebenan in unser Zimmer zog. "

"I brouvht my cat, hotel offered a cute little blanket, a cat head shaped bowl and some liter bag. Very cute. Facility is excellent. Staff is great! Really friendly and thoughtful. We got also a really late check out. A 10 out of 10. "

"Very good folks running the place, went above and beyond like opening breakfast early for us so we could make the train, trying to communicate with us in English and help us get around and booked a taxi for us to catch an early train. The breakfast was good as well. One thing to note is it’s a small town so you pretty much need a car all around, the hotel has free parking so that’s nice. Also the hotel felt a little dated inside and in our rooms. Some rooms have been updated and some haven’t....
