"The hotel in general was good. All the staff were helpful and welcoming with one exception. A lady was incredibly rude every time we ordered a drink in the evening. Very close to the lifts and good overall ski facilities "

"Ski bus stopped just over the road which was very useful. Kids playroom was a nice touch, our three year old spent a lot of time there. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant, a great selection. My only suggestion for improvement here would be to have breakfast start half an hour earlier. Ski storage room was also very useful. Rooms were maybe slightly dated but given that nothing really came close to the price of this, can't really complain. Overall a great stay at tremendous value "

The apartment has comfortable & modern aesthetics. It was clean and adequately stocked with the essentials. The free parking garage was another perk. Checking in and out is fairly detailed with a series of steps that must be completed, but didn't seem too challenging. "
