"Spent 4 nights, 5 days with my husband and two tween/teen sons. We loved the pools, the rooms, the beds/pillows, the staff was amazing, the drinks, and the kids loved the pool side food (wings, chicken strips, pizza, burgers). As far as the rest of the menu, breakfast was decent, but dinner was lacking in my opinion. The reservation only dinner option (Andreas) doesn't know how to season meat, fish, etc properly. The flavor was sorely lacking. On Asian night, they put orange sauce on EVERYTHING (ahi tuna, grilled white fish, Coconut shrimp, and Short Ribs, and mixed just soy sauce into their noodles). Even though the steaks at the other restaurant were cooked perfectly, there was no steak seasoning. Only salt and pepper... our family prefers a bit more culinary art. We would most likely come back as the majority of the experience was excellent, but for this price point, I would expect a higher caliber of skill in the kitchens."

"The breakfast in the morning was nice to have. Would have loved a little more variety with the hot menu items. The staff were generally great but one or two were a little aggressive when we didn’t understand what the expectations were. Like not being served coffee after having been seated for a while so we thought we could serve ourselves just like with the food. Also, not very clear what could be ordered (we saw a lot of tables getting bacon and bottled waters only to find out that those were extra)."

"We had a wonderful stay at UNICO 20°105° in Riviera Nayarit. The resort is clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The spa was absolutely fabulous, and the rooftop deck offered breathtaking views—perfect for relaxing and taking it all in. A highlight of our stay was the tequila tasting with Gustavo, which was both fun and informative, and water aerobics with Natalie, who brought great energy. The service throughout the resort was outstanding—Eugene, David, Betza, and Carlos were consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We also loved the casino night and live music, which added to the fun atmosphere. A special thanks to Elmer and Angel at the concierge desk—they were always available, incredibly helpful, and made reservations and activities effortless. The location is excellent, close to both a local market and a mall, making it easy to explore. We would absolutely return and highly recommend UNICO 20°105° for a relaxing and memorable getaway. "

"this is a new hotel with amazingly furnished rooms. rooms are spacious, felt like a palace! king delux had two full bathrooms too. clean, comfortable and has everything you need for short or long stays. the only minor thing was missing is a balcony would be great to have some, but they only have those in Loft rooms. staff ate friendly, helpful and available at all times. front desk team is knowlegable and helpful with making reservations to restaurants, spa and shows accross the resort. "

"Underground parking available. Very nice rooftop pool with adjacent bar I didn’t see mentioned in reviews. Great for families. Huge sandy, smooth, well-groomed beach. Very gradual and shallow slope, no weeds or rocks. Room was clean, staff very friendly. Food selection could be improved somewhat, but was still good. Great hamburger snack area right on the beach. Not crazy about the plastic reusable cups for drinks. Very quiet at night. True that lots of the patrons were Mexicans…not a problem at all. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. Lots of kids with parents and extended family. Would go back again. Thank you!"

"The pool only gets sun after 3pm. The hotel is very nice. You need your key to work elevator. Omar & Ivan are the shuttle drivers & are very friendly & full of information. Pool towels can be asked for at reception. Laundry is free to use but you have to book 24 hours in advance. There is a great restaurant within walking on Mexico ave (4 vientos reservation required)"

"We enjoyed the location of this building as it was close to some good restaurants and bars and yet was very quiet. The rooms were clean although we would consider it an older more tired accommodation. Some things to point out that we think would be improvements would be reading lamps and side tables in the sitting area, better water pressure in the shower and mattresses that are less firm. We thought the staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was great to have a big balcony to sit on so that we could have a wonderful view of the harbour and its activities. Everyone was very respectful of others. We would consider this accommodation to be about a 3 star. It suited us very well all being said. The lighting though is a big thing for us, overhead lights don't really do it for us."
