Will on the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, made the check-in really easy, told us about the features of the hotel and went out of his way to help with dinner recommendations and bookings as well as breakfast deals nearby. The rooms are compact but have everything you need. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"We always stay at Lakeview when we visit Te Anau for a hiking adventure. Typically, we stay in a cabin without a toilet, which is usually fine. However, because we had just come off a trip to Luxmore hut and the weather was atrocious, we upgraded to a room with a bathroom. Best decision ever! Love your work team Lakeside."
