"Great views, clean rooms, super friendly staff. Great communication leading up to and during our stay. Would definitely recommend. The only issue we had was that the smoke detector in the room was activated by the shower steam and sent me running out of the shower in a panic."

"Great facilities for our teenage/tween children. They enjoyed all that was available, gym, pools, sauna, spas, tennis, hoops, squash etc... The staff were incredible best service I have experienced in a long time. The grounds were stunning. Great location - close to bike tracks and all that Taupo has to offer. The rooms were clean but quite dated the whole place could do with a refurbish (new carpets and bathrooms.) I would recommend eating out we did not think much of the food (breakfast buffet and restaurant.)"
