"We had a great stay with two families: four adults in the upstairs rooms and four kids in the downstairs bedroom. We loved the common space on the second floor, with its ocean view, and some of us enjoyed the game room with pool (billiards) and video games.We saw all the available beach equipment, which made me jealous of folks staying there in warmer weather. It was too cold in late December for us to swim, but the beach was great for walks and views.Matt communicated with me in advance about two concerns from previous renters, working with me to make back-up plans in case those issues couldn't be fixed before our arrival. As it turned out, they were both fixed before we arrived, but I still appreciated the pro-active communication."

"Super cute room. Amenities were close but not necessarily walkable. The beach was just steps away. We arrived late, the manager was very easy to work with for a late check in. The room was a little small for everything that we brought, but that is on us. I would absolutely stay here again. "
