1 Bedroom 1 Bath Condo with pull-out couch. Located directly right on the beach with the pool just outside your door. The condo has everything you need to cook. Fridge, Microwave, Stove, Oven, Coffee Maker. The kitchen is stocked with wine glasses, dishes, pots, Pans. We provide all bed linens, towels, etc. The couch is a full sleeper. Many restaurants, stores close by. The Alligator Farm is 10 Mins away, Historic Downtown is 12 Minutes away. Orlando is 1 hr 30 mins away

Best spot to stay on the beach. Walked out to my porch to the pool. Ocean view from pool with walk way to beach. Restaurant, coffee/ice ceam and Circle k across the street.

We stayed a couple of days and it was fine! The place just needs a little update to the decor. It was great priced and in a wonderful place right at the pool and beach! We really enjoyed it!

We enjoyed out trip, the condo was clean, well kept, just a short walk to the beach and right at the pool. We were able to just relax in the condo, prepare our meals in the kitchen, or go to the pool and chill or walk to the beautiful beach and relax.

Small but amazing spot!

Small space but just what we needed for me my brother and nephew! The patio right to the pool was amazing and a short walk to the beach. We had an amazing time! Thank you so much!

We have been coming to Beachers Lodge for a number of years. Todd was very easy to contact, the room was very clean, and the pool is right outside. We had a great time and will be back.

Great location!

Amazing location, right on the beach and the pool right outside of your door. Can't ask for more when traveling with kids especially! The place is quite small, but it was perfect for a night's stay with myself and 2 little kids. I'm sure we could've stayed there comfortably another night or two.

Excellent property for couple

Ocean front, quiet and easy to get to. Number of stairs were daunting, but once we found the ramp we really enjoyed our stay! True to posting and wonderful friendly staff. Would be delighted to stay here again.

Amazing condo on the beach!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. As well as a great location on the water and the pool was great. The check in/check out process was very easy. This location is also in short driving distance to the heart of St. Augustine. Would definitely stay again!

Weekend trip before school started

The condo was great for our weekend trip. The pool being right outside the little patio was great for my son. Easy access to the beach and the water was beautiful. Quick drive to St Augustine. Checking in and out was easy on the digital board. If you got 4wd or awd you can drive to the road and drive back up the beach right in front of the condo beach access. Would definitely stay there again.

Thanksgiving Blessing

We wanted to stay in a room on the ocean. That is exactly what we got. The pool was literally just outside out door. The ocean was a boardwalk away. We could see it from our window and hear the waves crashing while sitting on the porch. We will go back!

My wife, daughter, and I stayed at the condo in October 2023. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon. The condo complex was very nice and clean. The condo was the perfect size for us and provided us with everything that we needed to make the trip great. My daughter LOVED being able to walk out the back sliding door and getting into the pool. She told all of our family members that her "backyard was a pool." The beach was clean and quiet, yet we were close enough to St. Augustine to have fun and shop. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we can't wait to come back!

Nice place with a few minor issues

We had a nice time, loved the location at the beach, proximity to so many other cool places (St. Augustine Lighthouse, the Castillo, etc.). And the other folks in the building and around the pool were super nice. And it was great to have stove, oven, pot/pans/dishes all provided. Sofa and bedroom area were cozy and comfortable. Only minor issues -- like only one roll of toilet paper which didn't last our 5+ days. And one AC/Heating unit which was partially taken apart. All in all, it was a good value and we will always remember the sun coming up out of the ocean this morning after the big storm of last night!

Great location, wants for cleaning and updating.

I did not address any issues we had with the host because we only stayed one night. We arrived at 3pm and didn't have much time to spend in St. Augustine before we left early the following morning and I didn't want to spend our time there correcting issues with the unit. The unit is very well located with direct pool access and a private boardwalk to the beach. The condo site itself was quiet and we had no issues. The A/C units in the room were old and struggled to keep it cool. We located multiple instances of dirt, dust, and unclean areas of the unit. It maintained a musty odor, and the bed in the main room and the pullout bed had lots of stains on them. We immediately had to change the sheets of the bed in the bedroom because they were dirty with hairs on them. Fortunately, there were clean ones available in the room. The worst part of our stay was the absolute lack of any water pressure at all in the unit that made it very difficult to shower. The price of the stay was comparable for the area, but given the issues we encountered I would not stay here again. Being directly on the beach was nice, but for what I paid we will stay at a motel or more expensive unit in the future.
