"Rental was through Vtrips, who required you to e-sign a rental contract but otherwise very smooth process. The pick-up and dropoff for keys and security pass was easy and nearby the property. Loved everything that was made available in the condo from blocks for our small child, kitchen and laundry needs. Space was clean and spacious. Near the beach but about 15 minute drive from the main part of St. Augustine (historic section with shops and restaurants)."

"The house was beautiful inside and out. We spent a lot of time on the back porch and in the pool. The yard is gorgeous but is not fenced in. However there is a fenced in area off the side of the house that our two Jack Russells enjoyed. We loved being able to take the golf cart down to the beach and even our dogs enjoyed the ride. So glad the beach was pet friendly! There are large rocks on the beach so we didn’t get in the water. It was still beautiful and we even went to watch the sunrise on our last day. The bed was comfy and the place has everything you might need. Would love to stay again!"
"This was a perfect home for my family & I. We had people from 6months to 65 stay here and it accommodated all. We did Amazon some things for our little one that we “wanted” to have down there but they had all that we needed and got the address way in advance to order what we wanted. The beach was a 2 minutes walk from the house and there were plenty of chair,umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys to bring from the house along with a wagon to bring it all down in. The pool was a perfect size for all 7 of us as well as the outdoor patio space and grill! The house itself was clean and equipped with all the kitchen utensils needed. Will definitely be staying here next year! "

"This home was just as described. Plenty of space for our family of 11, and as close to the beach as we could get without being on the dunes. We enjoyed the easy beach access and that it was a nice central location between St. Augustine and Daytona. We also loved that we were able to bring our dog along for our trip! There were plenty of beach chairs and beach towels available for use, which was very nice. "

"We had family from Switzerland come to the US and it allowed my husband and I and our two sons and their families from Missouri to meet them at this house so we all could stay together. We all enjoyed the pool & the game room as well as eating out on the front deck at the huge table. Our oldest son grilled meat on the grill practically every day for all of us. The kitchen had pretty much everything needed in order to prepare meals. There are 3 refrigerators in the house so having enough room to refrigerate food was not a problem. My only complaint was 3 bathrooms really wasn't enough for all of us but overall the house was perfect."
"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beach house. Our dogs enjoyed it too! Short walk to a beautiful, quiet beach. The house was very clean and thoughtfully decorated to enhance the beach experience. The kitchen was incredible! The pool and hot tub were such a fantastic bonus to this wonderful beach house. Plenty of space for the whole family and really wonderful for families with fur babies. "
