"We had stayed at this property 7 years ago so it was great to come back. They had done some upgrades to the property since then which were nice. Communication with this host is fantastic. Access to the beach is just steps away, and the view from the balcony upstairs is very nice. Loved the large bathrooms and kitchen. Neighborhood is quiet and location is great."

"Such a great spot. The house was very unique and had a feeling of being on a boat, but much more comfortable. Everything was as listed. A nicely stocked kitchen where we cooked a meal with ease and a nice big table that sat everyone nicely. Just a single bathroom but it was a good size for the unit. Being able to bring our dog was a nice bonus, I think she loved the beach just as much as we did. The beach itself was super nice, very interesting compared to many others around the area. Overall the depth is very shallow and makes for a nice long beach during low tides with a cool tide pool like river running through it that kept the kids busy for hours. High tide brought nice easy waves, I'd love to come back and see it all again in different conditions as I thought it was just the perfect relaxation spot. There are two other units in the house which worried me a bit going in but honestly I barely noticed them. Everyone had their own little hang out spaces. It would be a blast to rent out the whole house for a get together, maybe next time!"

"Great host, location, and space with a lot of potential but I would be remiss not to say that it is in desperate need of some attention in the form of deep cleaning add minor maintenance.Upon arrival, I picked up a bag of Cheetos and an empty Gatorade bottle from the second floor deck as well as severalother pieces of miscellaneous trash (papers, wrappers, etc.) around the property (mostly outside). When a remote slipped into the couch and I had to search for it, I encountered various kids toys and a small uneaten pancake under a cushion. Grime around the kitchen sink faucet edges and corners, the kind that takes weeks to accumulate and a wipe down misses. My wife advised me that the third floor shower had a glob of hair stuck to the wall.The overall feel of the property was rundown. Power washing and painting is severely needed for the exterior. Cobwebs in the fascia, a fly covered bug strip hanging from an old broken security camera, mildew on the handrails, broken fire pit, broken hot tub (known prior to arrival but goes to the theme), missing handrail picket, loose stair board, construction material stacked against the house on the deck, sparse and heavily worn patio furniture, interior fans with motors so old that some go their intended speeds and some hardly turn, old and broken blinds (what I call trailer park blinds).I am not a complainer and we had a great time despite our less than ideal environment but someone needs to give the property some attention."
