"The room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The ac was so loud. Sounded like a jet engine. The floor was visibly dirty. The sheets had burn marks on them. There was a hair in the fridge and in the shower. The hallway reeked of cigarettes. I ended up leaving early because it was so disgusting"

"Great manager, Lorry at front desk were exceptional. Most of the staff could benefit from a customer service skills seminar. Cleaning service mediocre, when we returned to the room the body wash and shampoo bottles were practically empty. I accidentally spilled coffee on the bed and asked if it could be changed and was told that it could only be changed after I checked out. Also, not very helpful with the exception of Valeria and the African American tall young man which name I can recall at this moment. Unfortunately I rated it 3 stars because of my experiences above. "
