"The apartment was ideally located on the harbour, with in easy walk of all the local amenities. The apartment itself was well finished, with a bit of a quirky take on the coastal theme. Fully equipped with some little extras too. For us, the only downside was the low, soft, beds, but we have that issue wherever we stay, and having the freedom and space of an apartment over a hotel room is worth it. "We were really impressed with the cottage. Loved the dog welcome packs too. Very clean and comfortable with good kitchen equipment. Our only issue was that the internet didn’t work all week after some storms before we arrived."

The layout is great and our toddler enjoyed playing in the large lounge and dining area where we could keep an eye on her through the glass windows in the downstairs doors. We appreciated the books for babies and young children and lake district guides for adults. The welcome goodies were a nice touch.
