Hotel restaurant needs greater supervision from staff (needs a managerial presence, Maitre) to ensure certain standards of dress code and behaviour are maintained and respected (and I don't mean that I want a formal restaurant) -- the behaviour of certain families and their children made you feel as if you were eating at a big children's party and/or holiday camp. One of the door handles going onto the deck fell off, and the other door wouldn't close at all. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't go back here at the price we were charged."
