Great location for being close to Whangārei town but also easy access to the heads for exploring, walks and swims. Place was clean and fresh. Nice space to spend sone time. "Although the motel dates probably from the mid 1980’s, it is clean, and comfortable, with a kitchen comprising of an electric stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. All were in excellent condition, and the property is well maintained. Whilst we did not use the pool, it looked clean and inviting. There are only 12 units, in a quiet street only 5 mins walk from a New World and Woolworths, with some excellent cafes close by, and a short walk to the Harbourside area and town. Highly recommend for the price and would definitely stay again"

"James welcomed sincerely and warmly. There was such a serenity to the property. Lawns were mowed, edges clipped, everything kept neat and very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. And the location was superb. The views were unbelievable. Such beauty in every direction. It was a restorative, restful and uplifting stay. "

"Located a little outside the centre, it was easy to find. Big car park, big room with everything we needed. Everything was clean & new looking. We enjoyed Whangarei, there was a regatta & a vintage car gathering (apparently every fortnight at one of the cafe carparks)."
