"The pool was great - we spent most of our time there. Room was comfortable and staff were helpful. The breakfast always seemed a bit crowded - they could do wi the rethinking it a bit and while it was a buffet i felt it was a bit on the cheap side."

"Location good. Construction noice. You hear it by the main pool but nothing crazy. I did feel like walking around and under the scaffolding to get to the main lobby, at times, felt unsafe with people and cranes working above. The staff, need some customer service training except for Naoufal. He works the front by the luggage. I have no specific complaint about anyone. Only to say. When you show up to get exchange, no one is there. The front desk. They just carry on their chat in front of you and no one acknowledges that you have been standing there for 5 min trying to ask a question. The phone service, they transfer you everywhere and tell you someone will call you back and never do. They tell you breakfast is till 11. Got there at 10:30 one morning and everything had been pulled away. Breakfast was fantastic though. The place was well kept. Beds were comfortable and the room was not old or dated. I would stay there again, I think. But if those things would ruin your stay … pick another place."

"L’hôtel Gramtahouse Villa est magnifique et d’une propreté exceptionnelle. Les chambres sont belles et les lits sont très confortables. Les salles de bains sont impeccables et modernes. La grande piscine est parfaitement entretenue, offrant un endroit idéal pour se détendre. L’emplacement est fantastique : paisible et calme, tout en étant à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville."
