Kitchen was good, the couches were comfortable, and the AC in the main bedroom worked very well! Only downside is that the secondary room with two twins had no air conditioning. Also, the room was very clean!

This place was as advertised . As an older retired Canadian couple on a budget this was a good find . Safe residential neighborhood with a convenience store just 3 doors over and easy walk to some restaurants , groceries etc. Friendly staff . Rachid , the evening receptionist was extremely helpful booking taxis and tours and just making sure we were comfortable . Cons --- We booked accommodation with a kitchen for quick easy food prep but it is not equipped with a microwave or a small pot or garbage can in kitchen. . Expedia requires that you check in 24 hours before ,directly with the establishment . Both this place and our accommodation in Casablanca were very late in responding which lead to a bit of anxiety .

All the staff at Suites Atlas were exceptional. The young man at reception was always polite and willing to assist with anything. We were allocated Room 11 which was a family apartment of two rooms.and full kitchen and ample bathroom. We were happy with our apartment and much enjoyied our week stay there as well as it being very affordable.We had a supermarket right next door to the hotel and we were only a 20 minute pleasant walk to the Medina and other attractions. The hotel is upgrading and I've no doubt it is just going to get better and better. Highly recommended. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and ensuring that we had a wonderful stay. Martyka and Family.

Thank you Reidence Qodwa for a pleasant stay. My room had everything I needed. Kitchen and clothes washer .. dishes and pots to with cook with. Very close to all local attractions. Super market downstairs. Abdessalam greeted me upon entry and assisted with anything I needed. He also scheduled a few excursions for me. Thank you for everything ! The apartment was clean and quiet. Check-in was easy as there is a desk manned at all hours. The location is close to Gueliz but a distance from the medina. Amenities were lacking. Minimal pieces of furniture. Few cooking pieces and utensils. No dishwashing soap, sponge or towel in the kitchen. The bathroom sink leaked water.

Staff excellent Had to change room twice due to poor maintenance But at the end the last room was ok TV only YouTube ?? But generally as I was using it only to sleep it didn’t affect me much. As I was out most of the day. Used the washing machine once and it leaked With a bit of maintenance it would have been a lot better

I travelled with my family of 5. Had 2 kids plus a 2month old baby. Booked a double room. Both had nice big beds. AC in both rooms and working. Rooms were clean. Had a kitchen and TV lounge. Didnt use kitchen as was eating out. TV with wifi connected which was useful for kids. Wifi connection worked fine. Separate shower/toilet room which was good, can be a bit smelly sometimes but didnt bother me much. The staff were excellent. Communicated well and cleaned room when requested. The area was good with a grocery store next door. Food shops around 5/10mins walk. Brunch/breakfast shop next to hotel. Overall good value for money. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good besides the bed. There was a sharp piece of metal sticking out from the bed frame and I almost cut my leg open, luckily for me it just tore my jeans. Thank you.

The property was dirty , the smell of smoke was all over the apartment, not suggested for families , the pillows and the blankets in the bed smell so bad and washing machine is not working. It was a bad experience and the communication is terrible.

Bed was comfy large 1 bedroom with full size fridge. Grocery store 2 min walk. Air Conditoner did not seem to work. Used Uber to get to the Madina 50 mad about 12 min ride.

The apartment was nothing like the photos. It’s an unfinished apartment with light bulbs hanging from electrical cords. When we got up in the morning there was no water. We could not shower, brush our teeth or use the bathroom. It is a scam. I thought it was going to be our nicest stay of the trip but it was our worst by far.
Random holes with electrical coming though.
Kitchen was fine. But no water.

Funcionários gentis, mas o hotel está visivelmente necessitando de reformas. Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado da sala, e no segundo quarto não havia ar condicionado. Fora isso, o hotel entrega o que promete.
