"I had a very interesting experience. I would like to start by saying that the staff was very accommodating and they did their best to resolve the issue. Without going into detail, I’ll just say that this is an older hotel. Recommendation My recommendation would be to pay the extra money and stay somewhere that has room service. "

"Everything was so nice, the staff, the grounds and the rooms. Only problem was the parking, the property it’s so big and spread out that parking is a bit hard and some of the elevators were not working and there are a lot of stairs…a lot. But we got our steps in so if you don’t mind that, it’s perfect for a little getaway in old town."
