"A historic hotel in the SD Gaslamp. The staff is very nice, the rooms are extremely clean, and this is a hotel with quality furnishings. Stations of fresh, purified water on each level, at no cost, to fill complementary water containers and room glassware for coffee and drinks. Excellent room coffee makers are a bonus: excellent wifi, easy-to-use cooling and heating unit. The linens are beautiful."

"Centrally located between Little Italy and Gaslamp districts, and an easy walk to the harbor. Room was nice, beds good, clean. Once they get the renovations done, it will be even better. The morning/day staff were friendly and helpful, thank you."

"Dated room. Silverfish in the bathroom. The floor was hot so I notified the front desk that they probably have a broken hot water pipe. I had it happen in my house when I lived in San Diego. Silverfish eat mold, which I am allergic to. I won’t be staying there again. "

"The breakfast was good. The room was dated. The air conditioner was making noise every time it turned on and it woke up my family. Also, when it comes to getting towels or cleaning your room, it took longer than expected. Our our bed was never made or room was cleaned."

"Very nice location close to San Diego international airport. Hotel has wonderful breakfast free and free airport services provided . I love the location . I am going round 2 soon visit the hotel. Great service. I enjoyed one night stay over. Five stars from me to hotel. Hotel staff do great service. "
