"Beware! No ac unit in the room! BUT you're a 1/4 mile from the ocean so it's not needed, just open up the windows! Easy check in and out, no issues. Room was clean, beds were ok enough to get a night's rest in. Close to everything, and one exit away from target if you need some last minute or emergency items. About 10-15min from Monterey and 5min away from beach access....Food is also close, I suggest trying Daddy's diner nearby!"
