"Property is amazing. Great location and amazing neighborhood. While convenient to everything, it is outside of the crazy business of the kona tourist area. Lots of snacks upon arrival with well equipped kitchen. Great beds to sleep on and a television in all rooms. Very easy to communicate with the owner as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again Thank you Charlotte for a great experience."

"Excellent villa in the beautiful Hualalai resort. The home was equipped with everything you'd need from the big stuff like golf carts to get around to extra towels to nice toiletries. It was clean, spacious, and well-located. Team on the ground was extremely responsive if we needed anything. Definitely would stay again!"

The location was peaceful and tucked away in the hills, offering quiet mornings and amazing views—yet still close enough to town and beaches when I wanted to explore.The host was kind, communicative, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel welcoming. It was the perfect spot to unwind and recharge after long days adventuring around the island.I’d absolutely stay here again. "Great little spot on the hill above Kona (which made for an awesome view, especially at sunset). Had pretty much anything you could need for staying in or going and having beach days.
